• Add frequency (not “suggest”) with proper digital fields — colour code, timeslot, talkgroup, Radio ID, etc.
• Admin CSV file import for bulk frequency loading (same columns as export)
• Downloads nav hub (manuals + software tabs)
• Frequencies page hero / notice styling
• Google Search Console verification file + IndexNow for Bing/partners
