Cross Reference UK (operated by Cross Tech Solutions) stores the account details you provide so we can run a hobby-radio community: username, email, optional profile fields (callsign, location, bio, signature), forum posts, frequency favourites, saved searches, and thread watches.

What we use it for

• Signing you in and keeping a session (cookies).
• Showing your public profile when you choose to fill it in.
• Sending verification, password-reset, and optional watched-thread emails.
• Moderating the forum and frequency submissions.

We do not sell membership lists.

Cookies and advertising

Login sessions use cookies. House banners and, where enabled, Google AdSense may load third-party scripts for groups with the “see advertisements” permission. Ads are not shown on login, registration, or account screens.

Deletion

Request deletion via the contact page or the site administrator. Forum posts may be anonymised where other members still need the thread.

Frequency data is educational / hobby listening. Always comply with UK law and Ofcom rules.
