A Cross Reference UK summary for receive-only hobby listening. Allocations change. Confirm against the current Ofcom amateur licence and the RSGB band plans before you transmit. This page is not official spectrum data and it is not a complete UK allocation table.
Calling frequencies are where you call, then move. Repeater listings on this site are outputs. Licence-free PMR446 still means integral antenna and low ERP. More context: amateur VHF/UHF and PMR446 and CB.
Amateur VHF / UHF (typical starting points)

HF amateur allocations (160 m through 10 m) are licence-class dependent. Use the RSGB HF band plan rather than memorising a forum post.
