Public airband markers such as ATIS and VOLMET. Educational receive-only — always follow Ofcom rules.
Airband here means public information broadcasts — ATIS and VOLMET — plus enough AM 118–137 MHz context to use a radio. It is receive-only. We are not publishing an operational tower/approach directory cloned from another scanner site.
Channel numbers on European radios often use 8.33 kHz designators that are not the same as the carrier. Use the 8.33 converter before you file a “wrong frequency” report.
Longer explanation: airband for receive-only listeners.
